By accessing or using Clothes Shop ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Clothes Shop provides a multi-tenant e-commerce platform for merchants to create online stores, manage products, process orders, and sell to customers. The Platform is provided "as is" and features may change over time.
Merchants must provide accurate registration information, connect a valid Stripe account for payments, and keep credentials confidential. Merchants are the Merchant of Record and are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws regarding their products and sales.
All purchases are transactions between the customer and the merchant. Clothes Shop facilitates the transaction but is not a party to the sale. Refunds, returns, and disputes are handled between the customer and merchant per the merchant's policies.
You agree not to: (a) sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited goods; (b) misrepresent products or engage in deceptive practices; (c) attempt to circumvent or reverse-engineer the Platform; (d) interfere with other users' access; (e) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
Merchants pay platform fees as described in their billing plan. Standard payment processing fees (Stripe) apply to all transactions. Fee schedules may change with 30 days notice.
All software, design, and content comprising the Platform are the exclusive property of Clothes Shop or its licensors. Merchants retain ownership of their product listings, images, and store content.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLOTHES SHOP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with notice. Merchants may close their store at any time. Upon termination, merchants may export their data within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
