Clothes Shop ("we", "us", or "our") operates an e-commerce platform at clothes.shop and kai.shop. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our platform as a merchant or customer.
Merchant account data: name, email address, business information, and connected payment account details (Stripe account ID).
Customer data: name, email, shipping address, and order details submitted during checkout.
Usage data: browser type, IP address, pages visited, and access timestamps collected automatically via server logs.
Cookies: session cookies are set for authentication. Analytics cookies are optional and configurable per store.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store full payment card numbers. Merchants are the Merchant of Record — payments flow directly from customers to merchants via Stripe Connect.
We do not sell personal data. We use infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery, shipping) who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.
Account data is retained for the duration of the account and up to 2 years after deletion for legal and audit purposes. Order records are retained for 7 years per tax requirements. Server logs are retained for 90 days.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.
Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. All data is transmitted over TLS. We apply standard security controls to protect data at rest and in transit.
Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
We may update this policy periodically. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
